Indian Head Tilts (to my knowledge)

Single, sideways tilt - Can mean yes, or no. Also used as a greeting, a smile of acknowledement, instead of a wave hello.

Double tilt - Go on then. Yea ok. No worries, go ahead.

Triple tilt (or more) - Maybe, maybe not.
